Currently, based on ASHRAE 55 and EN 16798, we use activity-generated air speeds for metabolic rates above a certain met limit to account for elevated air speeds from movement. However, in certain places, e.g. gyms, people with high metabolic activity may not generate elevated air speeds, causing the model to misrepresent their case. We plan to add a toggle to the models to allow turning off the default use of activity-generated air speeds.
