Path to Final for CAIP-19

Hi CAIP editors,

What's the path to move CAIP-19 from Review to Final?

It was raised during EIP Editing Office Hours (EIP + ERC) Meeting #99 on May 12, 2026 that ERCs cannot move to Final while normatively depending on a non-Final external spec. ERC-8257 (Tool Registry) uses CAIP-19 in its manifest schema (the asset field), so it's blocked on CAIP-19's status. (CAIP-10, used for recipient in the same schema, is already Final — thanks!)
