feat: improve session viewer markdown

What: commit the enhanced Codex JSONL viewer and render assistant reply bubbles as Markdown with styled headings, lists, code, quotes, and links.

Why: make rollout inspection readable when Codex replies contain Markdown instead of showing raw syntax.
