[Android] Two ScrollView Vertical With Horizontal bug

When added two ScrollViews on the screen when:

ScrollView Parent Vertical
ScrollView Child Horizontal

When you are in the horizontal scroll and return to the vertical, the parent scroll stops working, unless you touch the screen at points that do not have the BackgroundKit.
