Compress arena.mp4 from 11MB to 2.8MB (75% reduction)

Re-encoded to 720p H.264 CRF 28 with audio stripped. No visible quality difference for a muted looping background video. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
