how to create an offline installer

when I install the ChimeraOS , I can`t download the chimeraos-49-1_cabd8c9.img how to create an offline installer to install

We do not provide an offline installer because the file would be too large to host on GitHub.

You should be able to download the OS image separately, put it on a USB stick and mount it in the installer and manually install it, but I haven't tried it.
