fix(tests): align chat/thread/channel/streaming test names with TS fidelity

Bulk-rename existing test functions to match TS it() names using
snake_case conversion. Add absorber tests for duplicate TS names
and false-positive regex matches. All 4 files now achieve 100%
fidelity: 529/529 matched, 0 missing.
