When this branch drops a configured
signing_secretbecause awebhook_verifieris present, the laterzero_configcheck still looks atconfig.signing_secret, soSlackAdapterConfig(signing_secret="...", webhook_verifier=...)no longer usesSLACK_BOT_TOKENeven though the signing secret is now supposed to be ignored. In deployments that rely on the env bot token, verified webhooks fall into multi-workspace/no-token handling while the same verifier-only config would work; treat the ignored signing secret as absent for the env-auth fallback or require an explicit bot token.Useful?
