This pull request introduces a new GitHub Actions workflow for continuous deployment to Google Cloud Run. The workflow automates the process of building a Docker image, pushing it to Google Artifact Registry, and deploying it to Cloud Run whenever changes are pushed to the "production" branch.
New CI/CD workflow for Google Cloud Run deployment:
.github/workflows/google-cloudrun-docker.ymlto automate Docker build, push to Google Artifact Registry, and deployment to Cloud Run on pushes to the "dev" branch. The workflow uses Workload Identity Federation for authentication and outputs the deployed service URL.
