Awesome work - the default VSCode package is terribly slow to load big projects with hundreds of .csproj files - this package is much, much faster and I think that's the only solution available! 🙏🏻

Yeah, I noticed that. It has to do with the fact that it still revolves around Visual Studio, with support for VSCode being somewhat crammed in.
