Looks good to me! A couple of thoughts:
- Could it make sense to expose this setting in other participation methods too(say, for restricting posting in ideation for instance)?
- The spacing and styling of the toggles feel a bit inconsistent across the phase config pages. Might be worth a small cleanup pass at some point to align them.

@adessy I've extended this as suggested to the other phase types :) There were quite a few code changes though - so I think another code review might be smart? 🙏 |
