- Substitui o checkbox de vagas remotas por um select de modalidade inicial no perfil.
- Persiste combinações de modalidade em jobTypes.
- Aplica a preferência automaticamente como filtro inicial na tela de vagas.
- Mantém compatibilidade com remoteOnly para dados antigos.
