I hate choco. Winget is great but having more options is always better. Whats great about scoop though is that packages are installed into a central directory which makes it easier to find files. Of course all package manifests are written differently and some apps dont have the luxury of being portable but most of them do. There are also other cool features, check out www.scoop.sh to learn more. Scoop is open source btw

Just added it at Nonportable: ScoopInstaller/Nonportable#392.
It could be done as Extra package, but I think automatically applying the scripts might be more convenient.
Maybe, an Extras and a Nonportable package can coexist.
