Documents the new "Connection via" selector in the ClickHouse Cloud console's Connect dialog for BYOC services. It lets users pick a connection path — Public load balancer, Private load balancer, or PrivateLink / Private Service Connect — and updates the endpoint and ready-made connection commands (HTTPS, native, JDBC, MySQL, and language clients) to match.

Changes to cloud/reference/byoc/connect:

• New “Selecting a connection path in the console” section after the intro.
• Cross-references in the Private Load Balancer and PrivateLink / Private Service Connect sections pointing to the dropdown (instead of hand-deriving the -private / vpce hostnames).
