The production server served all responses with no cache headers, causing browsers to cache the HTML shell indefinitely. After a rebuild, the cached HTML references old hashed asset filenames that no longer exist, leaving the app stuck on Loading permanently. Hashed assets now get long-lived cache headers while HTML responses are marked no-cache, matching LibreChat staticCache strategy. Env vars mirror LibreChat (STATIC_CACHE_MAX_AGE, INDEX_CACHE_CONTROL, etc.) with ADMIN_PANEL_* overrides for independent tuning.
This update introduces the @types/bun package at version 1.3.11 to both package.json and bun.lock, ensuring type definitions are available for Bun.

Refactor the cache age configuration to handle NaN values more gracefully. The maxAge and sMaxAge variables now default to 2 days and 1 day, respectively, if the environment variables are not set or invalid. This change ensures more reliable caching behavior for the admin panel.
