Remove Plugin.Maui.ML.sln and rename DotSettings
Delete the Visual Studio solution file Plugin.Maui.ML.sln and rename Plugin.Maui.ML.sln.DotSettings to Plugin.Maui.ML.slnx.DotSettings to match the updated solution filename. No other source changes were made.
