Connect integrations to the accounts/contacts/orders page

[tyler-cloud-elements]

• Add flag on each element to indicate whether it supports accounts/contacts/orders
• Add VDRs to provide generic interface for visualizing the data
• Dropdown on each page to switch to applicable element
• Selecting an integration calls the VDR to pull live data from the applicable element and visualizes it in the table
