Propagated from Knowledge-Hub via `pnpm sync`. Each file is a workspace mirror of a canonical rule sourced from `claude-code-plugin/rules/` in KH. Adds: - cursor-gh-bot.md - digiconta-canonical-reach.md - frontend-design.md - error-store-integration.md (where applicable) Removes: - hono-cloudflare.md (deprecated; consolidated into other doctrine) No app code touched.
