restructure day 2 agenda after speaker cancellations

Adeolu Oshadare and Christian Squadritti can no longer attend. Removed
their lightning talks and profiles, extended the morning coffee break to
10:50-11:35, and moved Chiara Corrado's "Open Source made in Italy" to
the 12:10-12:25 slot on Track 1.
