This is a Cinnamon applet that intends to partly resemble the Windows 7 taskbar
Just copy the folder 'windowlist@cobinja.de' to '$HOME/.local/share/cinnamon/applets' or create a corresponding softlink. Then you can enable it via Cinnamon Settings
This applet currently is being developed. It's not feature-complete yet, there are changes to come.
