+# Work Group Membership Criteria
+
+Membership in the AI4SDLC Work Group requires meeting the following criteria:
+
+## Nomination and Endorsement
+
+- Formal nomination by a sponsoring organization
+- Organizational endorsement confirming support for the member's participation
+
+## Organizational Affiliation
+
+- Member of a DoW component, defense agency, FFRDC, or authorized industry/academic partner
+
+## Role as AI4SDLC Champion
+
+- Commitment to actively promoting the AI4SDLC initiative within their organization and professional networks
+- Willingness to represent and advocate for AI4SDLC goals and guidance
+
+## Early Adopter Engagement
+
+- Ability to identify and connect potential early adopters to the initiative
+- Participation in fast, light-touch engagements with early adopters to capture lessons learned and develop case studies
+
+## Contribution Expectations
+
+- Active Participation in working sessions and reviews
+- Represent organizational perspective while advancing common goals
