🐞 File Saving Throwing "Modified By Another Program" Error

Description

I can't save the file with either the save button or the shortcut. Only when I exit the application does it say that the file was modified by another program, even though it wasn't modified by another program, and then it suggests saving.

To Reproduce

1. Go to file
2. Change something
3. Try to save

Expected Behavior

this is supposed to save the changes to the file

There appears to be something wrong with autosave and saving files. I suspect the error mentioned has something to do with it.

Another note, it appears that errors thrown by the autosave are being logged but not handled. The noted error message when exiting may be due to that being the first the CodeFileDocument.save was called.
