chore(license): replace Land Public License with CC0 1.0 Universal

- Completely replaced proprietary Land Public License v1.0 with CC0 1.0 Universal public domain dedication
- Removes copyleft requirements and patent clauses from original LPL implementation
- Aligns project with permissive open source model to encourage broader adoption and contribution
- Simplifies license compliance for derivative works and combined projects
- Retains CC0's warranty disclaimer and liability limitations
- Minor code change: commented out Tauri webview content protection flag in Mountain backend setup

BREAKING CHANGE: All previous licensing terms and copyleft requirements are replaced with public domain dedication. Users must comply with CC0 terms instead of LPL.
