chore: Update Astro configuration and server port

- Upgraded Astro version from 5.7.5 to 5.7.10 to incorporate latest framework updates
- Modified `site` URL in Astro config from "https://tauri.localhost" to "https://130.204.64.63" to reflect new deployment environment
- Changed development server port from 9999 to 10000 in astro.config.ts to avoid potential port conflicts
- Configuration changes propagated to .astro/data-store.json's digest to maintain consistency with updated settings
