chore(Wind): Prune stale generated upstream stubs and bridge shapes

Remove the vast majority of `Source/Effect/Generated/*Upstream.ts` files, `CommandCatalog.ts`, `ServiceCatalog.ts`, and all `*BridgeShapeGenerated.ts` files that were auto-generated from VS Code upstream interface definitions. These stubs accumulated against interface shapes that have since been restructured upstream and no longer reflect current `Dependency/Microsoft/Dependency/Editor` definitions.

Retain and update `IAgentHostFileSystemServiceUpstream.ts` to reflect its source path moving from `vs/platform/agentHost/common/agentHostFileSystemService.ts` to `vs/workbench/services/agentHost/common/agentHostFileSystemService.ts`, dropping the stale JSDoc that referenced an in-memory plugin filesystem scheme no longer applicable to the Wind service layer.

This cleanup reduces the generated code surface area by hundreds of files, keeping only the single upstream stub that is actively referenced by Wind's agent host bridge implementation.
