chore(Wind): Remove deprecated upstream service generation and bridge artifacts

Delete all `*Upstream.ts` files from `Source/Effect/Generated` and remove the legacy bridge shape definitions in `Source/Effect/*/Implementation/*BridgeShapeGenerated.ts`. These artifacts were generated from the previous VS Code upstream sync and are no longer required following the migration to the new IPC and service registration strategy.

This cleanup removes the old generation pipeline outputs, including `CommandCatalog.ts` and `ServiceCatalog.ts`, to prevent build conflicts and reduce the codebase footprint. Future service definitions will be managed through the updated Common/Mountain contract generation workflow.
