Automate Dependabot PR merges

User Story

As a maintainer of the Bmore-Responsive Repo
I'd like to Automate PR merges when dependabot PR’s pass tests
So that I can focus my limited time

Acceptance Criteria

• Given that a PR has been raised by dependabot when all tests pass, then the PR should be automatically merged into the main branch

Please evaluate and confirm the the repo has sufficient tests to responsibly enable these automated merges
