Goal

Unblock shipping and make the repo reproducible: build passes, routing is safe, DB schema is versioned, baseline tests exist.

• Build/runtime blockers
• Routing hardening
• Schema migrations workflow
• Baseline testing/CI

Definition of done

• flutter analyze + build succeeds
• Deep links fail safely
• Schema changes live in repo migrations
• CI runs tests
