Allow for custom optimization settings for a particular image

What problem does this address?

Right now we can exclude images for optimization, but this means they are also excluded from CDN, there is no option to just change a custom quality set or custom url for a specific image, while serving it from optimole cdn.

What is your proposed solution?

Have an option in the image editor screen to set custom processing settings for a particular image.

Per-Image Custom Settings

We can introduce an option in the WordPress Media Library that allows users to define optimization preferences for each image, such as custom quality levels, compression settings, or an alternate URL.

Metadata-Based Optimization Rules

Instead of excluding images entirely, we could store optimization preferences as metadata in the database. This would enable fine-tuned control over quality while keeping the image on the CDN.

WordPress Hooks & Filters

We can implement a filter (e.g., optimole_custom_quality) that allows developers to modify optimization settings dynamically for specific images.

URL-Based Overrides

Another approach is to allow URL parameters like ?quality=80&cdn=1, giving users control over individual images without modifying global settings.
