This should be tested with: Codeinwp/tweet-old-post#1051
For testing, make sure you are able to post to Twitter with Images, GIFs and Videos.
While I had tested the changes, during the final pre-PR tests I reached Twitter's 24-hour rate limit and couldn't test it any further.
Changes the API to based on Twitter API changes. Just for record, the previous changes aligned properly with their docs but Twitter seems to have contradicting documentation for Media Upload.
