Use Scratch native blocks as code

We should reuse native blocks as much as possible. We could provide pink blocks for procedure definitions, so a kid should in line of principle be able to redefine the procedure.

Examples of things that could be customizable:

• population generation algorithm
• movement animation algorithm
• death animation algorithm
