fix: rename me.JPG to me.jpg for case-sensitive systems

Renamed profile photo from me.JPG to me.jpg to fix loading issues on
case-sensitive systems (Linux/Vercel). The code references /me.jpg but
the file was committed as me.JPG, causing 404 errors on deployment.
