Summary: this PR adds governance files, issue templates, PR template, docs workflow, release workflow, dependency review workflow, verifier script, structure tests, expanded master manual, continuous improvement loop, scenario loop docs, prompt docs, and repo-side wiki pages. It is intentionally left for human review before merge. Known limitation: this connector does not edit the actual GitHub Wiki directly, so wiki content was added under the repository wiki folder. |
