Add Solutions for Array Questions

Navigate to Basic of Programming/Arrays/QuestionList.md and add solutions to each Question by adding folders with Question Names and there solution in any of the language listed in Array Directory. The flow should look like

-->01 Reverse the Array(Name of folder)
------->Sol.cpp
------->sol.java
------->sol.py
