Discord page on comfy.org throws 404 - it's also linked at the top of the README

Prerequisites

• I am running the latest version of ComfyUI
• I have custom nodes enabled

What happened?

The comfy README has a Discord link at the top, and when clicking it the user is taken to https://comfy.org/discord which is missing a redirect to the discord invite causing this to be a broken link.

Steps to Reproduce

1. In the README for comfyUI_frontend, click the discord link at the top

2. The user is now on https://comfy.org/discord (404 broken page)
