[Potential Bug] Installed nodes doesn't show up

Not sure if it's an intended behavior, there's some node packs that doesn't show up with comfy node simple-show installed until you launch ComfyUI for the first time

For example this ones:

Due to #442 long log messages I couldn't make sure that they were installed correctly and after I typed comfy node simple-show installed at first I thought there was an error during their installation because they didn't show up in the list. They don't show up even with comfy node show installed command

Asked Claude to take a look and here is the findings:

The registry list cm_cli loads is the bundled stale site-packages/comfyui_manager/custom-node-list.json rather than the launch-warmed user cache, due to a cache-key mismatch. In legacy/manager_core.py:get_data_by_mode, cache_uri = <cache_dir>/<simple_hash(channel_url + filename)>_custom-node-list.json. The hash is computed against two different URLs depending on caller:

• ComfyUI server uses config.ini[channel_url] → default ltdrdata/ComfyUI-Manager/main → hash 1514988643
• cm_cli load_nightly uses normalize_channel('default') from channels.list → default Comfy-Org/ComfyUI-Manager/main → hash 3351870820

So the cache the server writes is never read by cm_cli. Manually copying the warm cache file to cm_cli's expected hash makes all four installed packs appear correctly (@nightly).

Two of the three reported repos (ComfyUI-MMAudio, Nvidia_RTX_Nodes_ComfyUI) aren't in custom-node-list.json at all — they only resolve via CNR @nightly, so fixing this cache-key mismatch is required for them to ever show up.

@ltdrdata could you take a look when you have time? I assume that this should be adjusted in the ComfyUI-Manager repo, am I right?
