Included Counter and Slider modes for Trigger Trigger, targeting following scenes:
1, Comparing Counter value to an integer.
2, Comparing Counter value to another Counter value.
3, Comparing Slider value to a float.
4, Comparing Slider value to another Slider value.
Useful for trigger soups based on mathmetic comparisons.
Trigger names and setups are all done in this PR.
