More information needed. Which solution are you looking at? Which Visual Studio version are you using?

The image you attached is private and not accessible.

That said, my first guess is that you're using Visual Studio 2026, which in my experience refuses to download the .NET 9 SDK. In global.json and change the sdk version to 10.0.1 (from 9.0.31).
