I just copy code from the Sample App to test ListDetailsView. Items are not shown.

Steps to reproduce

1. In Visual Studio Community 2022, Create a Blank App, Packaged (WinUI 3 in Desktop)
2. Add CommunityToolkit.WinUI.UI.Controls 7.1.2 Nuget package
3. Add models code to MainWindow.xaml.cs:

Changing ItemsSource="{Binding Emails}" to ItemsSource="{x:Bind Emails}", the code works!
