Fix Login V. 1.13.34

• Updated login to use developer.oculus.com
• login now grabs the token from cookies instead of from the html. This is more reliable
• login doesn't get stuck anywhere anymore and is much faster
• logout correctly puts you back into QAVS now after you're logged out instead of onto the meta page

Fix Hand tracking V. 1.13.33

Changelog:

• Fixed support for hand tracking in beat saber flow
• Added V2.1 and Default option for hand tracking
• Removed V1 and V1High from Hand tracking versions as those are deprecated
• Default option is recommended and will be auto selected
• You should see a improvement in hand tracking quality by using default
