* Replace bitnami Kafka Docker image with confluent one This change is applied to both the kafka and kafka_consumer application since the test setup is similar Issue AI-6103 * Remove duplicate depends_on key from docker-compose * Set service to check logs from * Add wait_for_health when calling docker_run * Modify certificates to point to the right host (try fixing the ssl transport issue) * Remove platform from compose file. Left by mistake * Remove compose platform for Kafka integration as well * Cleanup docker compose and hatch file for kafka consumer * Fix transport issue with kafka consumer * Remove hatch environment added by mistake * Remove PLAINTEXT listener. Not needed since we do not run tests from within the docker network * Use the proper SSL configuration for kafka consumer * Add SSL client properties and improve health checks in Docker setup * Clean up conftests and setup ruff config * Add changelogs and ruff rules to kafka integration as well
