… references (#21818) * Allow CI validation to use commit SHA instead of @master for workflow references Update the CI validation logic to extract and preserve the existing workflow reference from test-all.yml and test-all-windows.yml files. This enables non-core repositories (extras/marketplace/internal) to pin their workflow references to specific commit SHAs instead of always using @master. The validation now: - Extracts the current @<ref> from existing workflow files - Supports both branch names (e.g., @master) and commit SHAs - Handles Linux and Windows workflows independently - Defaults to @master if no existing workflow file is found This allows external repositories to pin to stable versions of the test-target.yml workflow while keeping validation functional. 🤖 Generated with [Claude Code](https://claude.com/claude-code) Co-Authored-By: Claude <noreply@anthropic.com> * Format * Add changelog entry for CI validation workflow pinning support 🤖 Generated with [Claude Code](https://claude.com/claude-code) Co-Authored-By: Claude <noreply@anthropic.com> * Changelog number * Fix changelog type: changed -> fixed This is a bug fix (allows validation to work with pinned SHAs), not a breaking change. 🤖 Generated with [Claude Code](https://claude.com/claude-code) Co-Authored-By: Claude <noreply@anthropic.com> --------- Co-authored-by: Claude <noreply@anthropic.com>
