A QQ-bot that dedicates to a specific QQ channel, originated from kusa_bot and developed based on NoneBot2

After installed NoneBot:

• Run pip install -r requierments.txt
• Run python -m playwright install chromium-headless-shell
• Dupliacate file config/_yashima_config.toml and rename it with yashima_config.toml

• NoneBot-Plugin-MCQQ : migrated mc-qq chat synchronizing features from it because it uses Nonebot Plugin SAA which doesn't support send messages to onebot v11 qq-guild
