Updates docs/REMOTE_MCP_SUBMISSION.md after re-verifying every requirement against official Anthropic + OpenAI docs on 2026-07-13.

Key changes

  • CIMD is now primary on both platforms (DCR discouraged at directory scale, kept as fallback). Our AS already advertises CIMD — verified live.
  • OpenAI 'app' → 'Plugin' directory (2026-07-09) terminology + versioning constraints (one published + one in-review; Scan-Tools contract snapshot).
  • §3 upstream items closed in 1.10.0openWorldHint, server instructions default, sessionFingerprint.
  • New §2.1 migration procedure — managed-pair deploys don't auto-run migrations; DCR and CIMD 500 until 016_oauth_server is applied. Documents the Railway-internal-host reality + the one-off (public proxy URL) and permanent (pre-deploy command) fixes, migrations-before-image.
  • Status-at-a-glance table — discovery/CIMD/challenge-route/review-login verified live on staging; the one hard technical blocker is migrations, the rest is org/legal/prod-origin.

Doc-only; no runtime surface.

Re-verified against official docs 2026-07-13. CIMD is now the primary
auth on both platforms (DCR fallback); OpenAI 'app' directory became the
'plugin' directory (2026-07-09); 1.10.0 closed the openWorldHint/
instructions/sessionFingerprint items. Adds the missing migration-
application procedure (managed-pair deploys don't auto-migrate; DCR/CIMD
500 until 016_oauth_server is applied) and a status-at-a-glance table
reflecting the live-verified discovery/auth surface.
