prompt help border and filter system prompts

Hi,

For me prompt help popup window appearing without border, how to add the border through configuration? (red)

I would also want to filter out system prompt, any configuration i can use remove them? (blue)

if you are on neovim 0.11.0+ you can remove popup from completeopt with setlocal. For the border, that is native neovim functionality, it should maybe respect vim.o.winborder = 'single' for example. But if it doesnt then that is neovim issue
