prompt description enhancements

Hi @deathbeam Thanks for your great update for prompt description it works greatly but is it possible to have a seperate description like currently when I change the description for the prompt it both changes in the which-key description and prompt buffer description like below:

					Review = {
						mapping = "<leader>ar",
						description = "AI Review the code",
					},

I think it would be great to have the option to let a separate description option

Well the key map description was the original point of the description so I dont think I want to change it and I think it makes sense for the description to be consistent everywhere
