Small docs question: for the first local run, should I use the CLI or REST API?
The README mentions CLI, REST API, Discord, Feishu, Telegram, etc. I understand they are different entry points, but as a new user I just want the recommended path. My guess is CLI for the local smoke test and REST API for integration, but the docs don't quite say it that directly.
