When the connecting path between the headland and the up/down rows is only a single waypoint, it can't be used to initialize the PPC while we are waiting for the pathfinder. Create an alignment course if the connecting path has less than 2 waypoints. #953

To test, it needs a course with a 1 waypoint connecting path, such as the one attached to #953 (comment) (for field 65 in Riverbend Springs).
