Upgrade React to 19.2.1 (#77)

Update react and react-dom from 19.1.1 to 19.2.1 to address CVE-2025-55182
(CVSS 10.0) in React Server Components. While this app doesn't use RSC,
the upgrade ensures compliance with security requirements.
