Scrolling issue when trying to drag an item to the top

What happened?

Steps to reproduce

1. Make a new list
2. Add a lot of items to fill the screen (20 is enough)
3. Try to drag an item that is not currently edited (i. e. the cursor is not in that item) to the top of the list

Expected result

The item moves to the top of the list

Current result

The list tries to scroll down to the item with the cursor and the grabbed item cannot be moved to the top

Same issue when trying to move something to the bottom of the list when an item on the top is edited

Might have something to do with #396?
